The Atomic Black Belt Academy offers a wide range of programs for Adults.

ADULT CLASSES

For both Men and Women from the ages of 16 years and upwards. Through your Martial Arts training you will achieve the results you always wanted while learning to defend yourself. You will tighten, tone and firm your body while building a positive self image, self confidence and reduce your stress levels on the path to achieving your Black Belt.

XMA CLASSES

The Atomic Black Belt Academy is one of the U.K's licensed centres to teach Extreme Martial Arts as featured on the Discovery Channel. XMA is the brainchild of the Blue Power Ranger from Lightspeed Rescue, namely Mike Chat who has been a guest instructor at the Academy. XMA is a combination of Martial Arts, Gymnastics and Dance to provide the Ultimate in Performance Martial Arts.

PRIVATE CLASSES

If you want One to One private group training with a World Champ, then the Atomic Black Belt Academy will develop a program suitable for your requirements.

FAMILY MARTIAL ARTS CLASSES

Want an activity that you can do as a family, then look no further. Remember a family that kicks together sticks together.

GYM CLASSES

The members ONLY gym is exclusive to students and parents of the Academy. With many stations we can develop a program suitable to your need in the friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
